What this venue offers

Your rental includes all day access to a separate apartment with a small kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom
Pet friendly venue
Hosts will handle trash removal
Driveway parking for up to 8 vehicles. There is an alleyway behind the property that can park another 4-5 cars. Street parking is allowed. There are also nearby parking lots at the Jordan River Parkway if you are expecting a large number of guests and need to run a shuttle.
Recommended guest limit: 150 guests
Access to a spacious bathroom
Access to the main kitchen in the house is possible for staff if needed. Additional decor or gift storage is available as needed
Alcohol is allowed as long as licensed & insured vendors are used
